Steel Honeycomb Shield Ventilation Panel
The steel honeycomb shielding ventilation panel is a fully welded structural steel honeycomb electromagnetic shielding ventilation panel specially designed and manufactured for shielding rooms and microwave anechoic rooms. Proprietary manufacturing technology ensures that all interfaces of the honeycomb core and the frame form continuous and strong electrical and mechanical connections. This series of products is usually installed with welding or soldering in the shielded room, and can also be installed with screws. The surface is treated with anti-rust spray paint.
Aluminum honeycomb ventilation panel
Standard Aluminum Honeycomb Ventilation Panels consist of aluminum honeycomb assembled in an extruded aluminum frame. The "waveguide" type honeycomb structure has high EMI shielding effect and good ventilation.
The standard honeycomb hole diameter is 3.2mm and the depth is 12.7mm. Tin or nickel plating can improve screen efficiency and environmental resistance. The double-layer aluminum honeycomb ventilation panel is assembled with two parallel layers of aluminum honeycomb
Constructed in an extruded aluminum frame. Each layer of honeycomb is oriented at 90° to each other, the aperture and thickness of each layer of honeycomb are 2mmX6.35mm, and the total thickness is 12.7mm.
Chromate can be used for environmental protection, so double-layer aluminum honeycomb panels do not need tin or nickel plating to improve the effect.
Disadvantages: poor physical strength.
Steel and copper honeycomb ventilation panels
Steel honeycomb ventilation panels have higher physical strength than aluminum honeycomb ventilation panels, and are generally used in national defence applications where high EMI is required. The standard honeycomb aperture is 3.2mm,
The depth is 12.7mm. The surface can be plated with tin, nickel, cadmium, etc. for environmental protection. If the equipment works in the harsh smoky environment in the wild, brass honeycomb ventilation panels are required.
