We self developed honeycomb auto laser welding machine, Honeycomb Stamping Equipment and conducted in-depth research on stainless steel honeycomb preparation and high temperature vacuum brazing technology. We using laser weld technology and high temperature brazing technology to produce honeycomb core structure sheet and honeycomb panels with decades of experiences. Advantages of laser welding: Laser welding minimizes heat input and reduces the size of the metallurgical change in the heat-affected zone, leading to minimal deformation from heat conduction. With our own developed laser welding equipment we can produce honeycomb speedily with "keyhole " created and with uniform solder joints, high precision, and deep welding. Our technology and decades years of experience allows us to produce the hexagon cells within a pitch angle of 89.98, so that the honeycombs can achieve the maximum air flow and straightening effect (slant honeycomb is optional).
